PER (Peformance Evaluation Review) is the quarterly publication of ACM SIGMETRICS. PER is sent to all SIGMETRICS members and can also be obtained by contacting ACM.
PER publishes special issues that are guest edited by a leading researcher in the field. Special issue topics are determined by the guest editors and editor in chief. In addition, as space permits, regular papers unrelated to the special issue are also published. PER publishes regular contributions including tutorials, position papers, or early work. Unsolicited papers are reviewed by at least two referees.
