The focus of PER will remain on special issues guest edited by leading researchers, but additional papers not related to the special issue will be considered for publication. Submitted papers will be treated similar to journal papers in that they will be reviewed by two or more reviewers. Papers are not copyrighted, and hence can be submitted later to a conference or journal. Papers are expected to be of high quality. Technical papers, tutorials of general interest to the performance community, and opinion papers will be considered.
The prefered submission method is to email a Postscript or PDF copy of the paper to esmirni@cs.wm.edu. Accepted papers should be prepared using the PER style files.
Papers may also be submitted by hardcopy. Send four copies to:
