I am a graduate student at the Department of Computer Science, College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. I obtained my M.S. degree in Computer Science from College of William and Mary in 2003. My expected graduation date is May 2009. I am part of the Center for Real-Time Computing under the guidance of Prof. Nikos Chrisochoides.

I am interested in interdisciplinary research with application of computer science to real-life problems. In the context of my dissertation work, I focus on Non-Rigid Registration of brain MRI for Image-Guided Neurosurgery. This application spans such areas as image processing and computer vision, high performance, parallel and grid computing and mesh generation. My interest is in studying this areas with the ultimate goal of improving performance and accuracy of the registration application.
