Shuai is a Ph.D. student in Department of Computer Science at College of William and Mary, advised by Dr. Haining Wang (with ECE at University of Delaware since Fall 2014). He is currently a visiting research assistant in Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering, University of Delaware.
He received the M.S. in Computer Science from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, advised by Prof. Yan Ma, and B.S. from North China Electric Power University.
His general research interest lies in Networking and Security, with the focus on Domain Name System (DNS), Content Delivery Network (CDN), Internet Routing, and Web Security.
