Research
Interests
The
focus of my work is on parallel mesh generation and medical image
computing for image guided therapy. The algorithms and
software tools developed by
my group are
used in
clinical studies at Harvard Medical School and research/teaching in
many Universities in US and Asia. My current research interest are: (1)
geometric
modeling and numerical simulations for medical image analysis for brain
and prostate cancer, (2) parallel runtime software systems for parallel
and distributed computing and (3) web-services for time critical
applications like image guided neurosurgery.
