Welcome Reception & Early Registration
The welcome reception for WCRE will be held at The Carlton Castletroy Park Hotel, just outside the University of Limerick campus (http://www.castletroy-park.ie/). Registration will be available from 6-8pm with one drink per delegate at the bar covered in your registration. So please come along, register for the event in advance, pick up your drink voucher at the desk and join us in the bar!

Monday night social event
Dolan’s famous pub in the heart of Limerick City (http://www.dolans.ie/home.html) will host an evening of traditional Irish music, food and possibly even a few pints. Buses will leave from your hotel from 7pm and the night will kick off at 7.30pm where there will be a tasty selection of finger food and drinks served at the event. There will also be a pour your own pint competition which should be interesting! Music will be provided by the traditional Irish group the O’Dalaighs and buses will be scheduled to bring you back to your hotels for 11:30pm.

Bunratty Castle Medieval Banquet

Scholars Club UL
The final social event for WCRE takes place in the Scholars Club, on the UL Campus on Wednesday evening. Delegates can take a stroll across the Campus after the conference to this well loved Campus Bistro for discussion, debate and a bit of craic (an Irish-ism for fun). Finger food will be served at 7:30pm and the University of Limerick Traditional Music group will play from 9:30pm til late, giving you a true feel for an Irish traditional jamming session.
